Joseph earned his MBA while working as an Administrative Personnel at Oakland University, in Rochester, Michigan. Soon after graduating, he purchased a small flooring company and grew it to 4 locations, and then adding a large carpeting warehouse. The firms targeted landlords and the DIY markets. During this time, he bought and sold houses (not as an agent) along with stand-alone commercial properties. Joseph was “flipping” before the current craze now seen on TV.
